Florence
The hardest thing about posting these photos was trying to decide which
ones to leave out! We have hundreds from Italy. Here are just
a few of the highlights of Florence. (May 2001)
Scotland
We spent five days driving from London
up through Edinburgh, to Fort Williams, and through the highlands to the Isle
of Skye, which is off the north west coast. (March 2001)
Lucerne Its not hard to understand why the
Swiss never leave home and why they make it so difficult for foreigners
to move there - once you visit you'll never want to leave. Think about
it, how many Swiss immigrants do you know? (April 2001)
Interlaken Interlaken is the definition of the
great outdoors. The photos can't really capture how beautiful it is.
The scenery is so epic it seems unreal. (April 2001)
British Virgin Islands Before we
left for Europe, we spent a week in the BVI unwinding after packing up our
lives, putting everything into storage and tying up loose ends so we were
free to travel without too many worries. (March 2001)
Bryce Canyon
We hit Bryce Canyon in the middle of March, when the weather was warming
up just enough to start melting the snow. The result was a lot of orange
mud, everywhere. (March 2001)
