Cozumel When the Norwegian Sea pulled into Cozumel the sea was too rough for us to dock - and all of the day excursions were cancelled! This was a bummer, but we ended up getting on the Tender and battling the rough seas to shore anyway. Once on Cozumel Jackie, Leslie, Kurt, Ian, Adam, Chris and I found a friendly taxi driver who sold us a package deal. He took us to the Mayan Ruins at then to this secluded beach favored by the locals. We had time for a quick swim for the boys and a few cervesas before getting the cab back to town.
This is the weary crew after surviving the rough seas - that tiny little boat behind us really got tossed around.

Want to climb on the ancient ruins to pose for a photo? No problem! They really know how to preserve history in Mexico.
Ahhhh here's the quiet beach the taxi driver brought us to. It really seemed too good to be true.
